How to Update Account Settings and View History

You can update account information, including warehouse, shipping, and payment preferences once logged in

Your Dashboard

Your dashboard is the first page you'll land on once logged in. Here, you can set your preferred warehouse.

  • If you navigate away from your dashboard and want to re-access 'Your Account', you can click the login icon located at the top right corner of the page where it says "Hello, _____"


  • When you hover over the login icon, you will see a drop down menu of items where you will be able to access order history and account information

Your Order History

Use the 'Your Orders' feature to view all of your past orders

  • You can view specific details of each order, including date of purchase and payment and shipping details

Your Information

Edit your account information at anytime, including the name on the account, the email address associated to the account, and payment and shipping preferences

  • You can select your default payment preference with the following options:
    • Credit Card
      • You can add a credit card to your account by using the 'Your Credit Card' feature and clicking the 'Add a Credit Card' button
    • Credit Key
    • Invoice (if you are working with a trader and have terms with Olam directly)
  • You can select your default shipping preferences, be selecting preferred warehouse and indicating any accessorials you may require
